Coverage – delimited by the following boulevards and streets: Hristo Botev Blvd., Maria Louisa Blvd., Osmi Primorski Polk Blvd., Tsar Osvoboditel Blvd., Primorski Blvd., and Devnya Str. Along the border boulevards and streets indicating the coverage of the zones there is an active paid parking system “BLUE ZONE”.
Within the territory of Varna Municipality electric cars and two-wheel vehicles are allowed to park free of charge.
1/one/ parking space per one hundred of the total number of parking spaces in the hourly paid parking zones is designated for two-wheel vehicles.
The persons willing to use the service for free parking of an electric car submit an application according to form to the municipal enterprise Municipal Car Parks and Blue Zone, with an attached document certifying a paid Third Party Liability insurance of the electric car. Upon submission of the application those person shall present for reference an identity card and the registration certificate for the electric car.
The permit is issued within 15 business days after submission of the required documents.
