Humble Beginnings of Playstation
Playstation begins in 1988 when Sony and Nintendo were working together to develop Super Disc. The Super Disc was going to be a CD-ROM
attachment that was intended to be part of Nintendo's soon to be released Super Nintendo game.
How does Playstation work?
It reads games from a CD-ROM disc with a laser. The games comes on the CD-ROM discs that are read by laser, just like regular CDs. The console loads
portions of the operating system from ROM into RAM. The game initialization sequence is loaded into RAM.
